Margaret Castaneda is an Associate Attorney at Boyd Law. Ms. Castaneda practices in the areas of civil litigation, general business litigation, and commercial arbitration. Ms. Castaneda can represent clients in all stages of the litigation process in state and federal court.
Ms. Castaneda attended Loyola Law School, where she volunteered for the Young Lawyers program and participated in the International Human Rights Clinic. Upon graduation, she launched her career working at several insurance defense firms in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Boyd Law, Ms. Castaneda focused on medical malpractice and transportation litigation. She has since worked in various areas of civil litigation, including business litigation and personal injury.
Ms. Castaneda is the Chair for the Board of Directors of Cornucopia Services, a not-for-profit, public benefit corporation which currently provides social services to 23 properties with over 10,000 residents.
